California Residents Rights.
Consumer Protection Act of 2018: The California Consumer Protection Act ("CCPA") provides residents
with
specific rights regarding their personal information.
Right to access information
A consumer has the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information the
business has collected about the consumer in the last 12 months and the categories of businesses to whom the business
has disclosed, shared, or sold that information to.
Right to delete information A consumer has the right to request the
business
to
delete personal information that the business has collected about the consumer.
Right to opt-out. A consumer has the right to opt-out of the sale of their
personal information by the business.
